Objectivies and Approach

The objective of this project is to develop a user friendly mathematical modelling tool, which, by using image based methods and interactive multimedia techniques, will serve as a reliable methodology to:

Progress and Results

The production of the building model, the collection of the building construction and cost information, as well as the analysis and the specific design according to which the modular software package will be developed, have been completed. The software tool, its testing and the associated documentation are still under development.

Information Dissemination Activities and/or Exploitation

The results of the project will be presented in the form of a modular software package which will include pictograms of typical building types and materials, information about the main types of electrical and mechanical equipment and will provide explanatory text and guidance for the user.

The CONSER project has been presented at the 13th PLEA international conference that took place in Louvain-La-Neuve.
