Objectives and Approach

The ADONNIS project will encompass three pilot applications targeted at the European aerospace industry:

• collaborative & cooperative design, to allow physically distant designers and product managers to cooperate in the joint design of a satellite using interactive tools
• real-time visualisation of the distributed simulation of manned space shuttle activities
• interactive use of remote computing resources for numerical simulation at the pre-design stage of new aircraft
