Objectives and Approach

The strength of the ARVISA system is based on the direct mapping between a user-friendly image processing application development environment and target-system solutions based on modular hardware and software. This allows the application engineering work to be preserved over successive generations of hardware implementations.

Evaluation of the system is being performed in the context of three application demonstrators:
